Parke County Maple Fair

Dates: Feb. 28 - Mar. 1 and Mar. 7-8. Parke County Maple Syrup producers tap the trees that provide sugar water for making maple syrup. Pancake and whole hog sausage meal served all day. Local artisans, vendors, maple syrup products and butcher shop meats. Maple camps open for touring.
